Conditions of employment
If you feel inclined you can develop personally at CVG and follow a varied career path in all sections of the company: from production through to commerce. We encourage our staff to undergo training and in most cases we pay the costs. We offer a broad package with attractive conditions of employment, based on our own company collective bargaining agreement (CAO); this includes a thirteenth month and payment for overtime. There is a profit-sharing scheme for all. Moreover, there is a share participation scheme in which many employees participate.
